It then goes on to say that only basic billing methods such as PayPal Credit and Venmo are supported. But elsewhere, the FAQ page mentions using these pieces of sensitive information. The website states several times that no personal details like credit card numbers, social security number, or bank account info are required. Hubstaff says that "your information will never leave the building." That may sound good but it actually means very different things depending on where you live.
And while we found plenty of reasons to trust Hubstaff, our conversations still left us wondering if it was worth signing up for yet another online service.
